Disney Half Marathon

So today was the Disney 1/2 Marathon.  It was a lot of fun.  It started really early although finding parking took a bit of effort.  I ran with my running buddy TC , it was her first half marathon, as well as mine.  It took a bit of effort to find her among all the crowd.  Luckily she was smart and held onto a sign post lest she be swept away from the literal sea of people.  All I had to do was locate the sign, and she would be underneath it.  After a bit of effort I find the sign, and not too long after that, I found her.  The race was pretty interesting.  We ran through California Adventure as well as Disneyland.  We even went through Angel Stadium and were able to see ourselves on the Jumbo tron.   This was the first half marathon I have ever participated in as well as the first time I completed a running event with somebody.  Incidentally it was also the first time TC would be running in a half. We completed the Disney half around 2:10.
