3 Hour Workout

Hello ya'll today was a three hour workout.  I would split this session into two halves.   One was the traditional Sands of Despair 29:30 route, while the other was the beginning of the Sands of Despair that turned into a different kind of work out.  We did the 8 minute workout as well as a few ab exercises.  Good stuff indeed.
